Dr. Ralph F. Cozart is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience helping patients from throughout the Grand Strand achieve natural, beautiful results. Dr. Cozart’s practice emphasizes personalized care, realistic consultations, and procedures tailored to each individual’s anatomy and goals. Dr. Cozart has been proudly serving patients throughout the Grand Strand, including Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach, Conway, Georgetown, and surrounding South Carolina communities. Throughout his career, he has performed thousands of surgical procedures, including breast augmentation, breast lifts, breast reductions, breast reconstructions, liposuction, body contouring, and various facial reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. In addition to cosmetic surgery, Dr. Cozart is skilled in reconstructive procedures on all areas of the body.

Dr. Ralph Cozart was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He graduated from the College of Charleston in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 1991. Following his medical degree, Dr. Cozart completed an internship in General Surgery at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama, and then finished a General Surgery residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina. He completed his Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, a division of the University of Tennessee, Memphis.
